Does StackUp have access to my bank credentials?
No. We use licensed open banking partners to link your bank account securely. StackUp never sees or stores your bank details.
What if I lose my phone?
Your account is protected by secure login, device verification, and biometric security (if enabled). Just log in on a new device and you’re good to go.
How do I add money to StackUp?
 You can save through three ways:
Round-Ups from daily purchases
Recurring transfers (weekly/monthly)
Direct top-ups whenever you like
Where does my money go after I save?
All savings are directly routed into your selected mutual fund portfolio via our licensed partner. StackUp never holds your funds.
Can I pause or change my saving method?
Yes. You can adjust, pause, or cancel round-ups and scheduled transfers anytime.
What are the available investment portfolios?
You can choose between:
Conservative (lower risk)
Balanced (moderate risk)
Growth (higher risk)
Each portfolio consists of regulated mutual funds managed by licensed providers.
Can I change my portfolio later?
Yes. You can switch portfolios at any time. Your future contributions will be directed to the newly selected option.
Does StackUp offer investment advice?
No. StackUp enables you to choose from predefined portfolios based on your preferences. We do not provide investment or financial advice.
Can I set multiple savings goals?
Yes. You can create multiple goals (e.g. vacation, emergency, education) and allocate savings toward them as you prefer.
What happens if I reach my goal early?
Congrats! You can either withdraw the amount, continue growing it, transfer the money to general savings or set a new goal — it’s completely flexible.
Can I withdraw my money anytime?
Yes. You can initiate a withdrawal through the app at any time. Funds are processed by the mutual fund provider and returned securely to your bank account.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
There are no hidden or surprise fees. Any applicable processing fees (if any) will be shown upfront before confirming your withdrawal.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal timelines may vary depending on the mutual fund provider, but are typically processed within a few working days.
What are badges and ranks?
Badges reward specific achievements (like your first round-up or first 3-month streak). Your XP total determines your rank — from StackStarter to StackLegend.
Does XP affect my savings or returns?
No. XP and badges are purely motivational. They’re designed to make saving more engaging and help build long-term habits.
